HOW TO BECOME A MEMBER OF UPFAR-ARGOA

Can become a member any person or entity from Romania or from abroad, who as a film or audiovisual producer, entrusted the union, directly or through a representative, through a written contract of mandate, his collective management for his patrimonial rights. UPFAR-ARGOA will accept the administration of these rights, based on the collective management, limited object of activity.
The UPFAR-ARGOA membership is acquired by submitting a membership application, accompanied by a repertoire and a receiving report by a rightsholder or by his representative. The signing of the contract is done after board approval of the membership application, within 30 days since the date of submitting it.
The forms are submitted at UPFAR-ARGOA headquarters.
